General recommendations for presenters

• Each paper has been allocated a 20 minutes slot: 15' for presentation, and 5' for questions. Please do bear in mind that you only have 15' for presenting your paper when preparing your presentation (which roughly means 10-12 slides). Session chairs will be very strict with the duration of the presentation.
  
• There will be a PC and a data projector at the workshop for you to present your paper. You could either take your personal computer with you and connect it to the projector, or produce a PowerPoint or PDF version of your presentation to be displayed from the PC at the workshop. Please use either a CD or a USB flash memory stick to transfer the file with your presentation to that PC. Floopy disks or other kinds of media are discouraged since the PC there may not be able to read them.
  
• During the workshop we will try to identify some issues that need to be addressed by the RM-ODP revision Study Group, or by future development or research. Such issues include:
  • Current issues, limitations, and problems of the RM-ODP
  • Requirements for modifications, enhancements, and developments of RM-ODP
  • Identification of future work (e.g. tools, etc.)

  Please think about these issues in advance, and try to bring them forward during the presentation of your paper or during the workshop discussions.
